If you’re having technical difficulties and need our help, you can easily submit a ticket 24/7 in your user portal. Just click on the support tab. Our support team evaluates each ticket and will promptly contact you with a solution or next steps. 

(Tickets created by the Basic plan customers will be charged $65 following the completion of the ticket.)
